GRIA Client Management Release Notes

This release provides performance improvements, bug fixes and documentation improvements.
Other improvements include that it is now possible for clients to get usage on SLAs that are managed by
a private account. A detailed list of changes is provided below.
- [GRIAS-646] - No way to see usage on supplier SLAs that are linked to a private account
- [GRIAS-651] - client mgt service says "service's certificate is self-signed" when it isn't
